A Few of My Favorite Things

I'm back again with my stolen borrowed idea from one of the blogs I read (that is now defunct because of a huge financial scandal!) . . . This is a list of some of my favorite things -- and I'll give a quick explanation why. This installment seems to be dedicated to food. Sweet and salty food and no, it's not that time of the month. Hmmm? Drumroll please . . . .

World Market All Natural Sea Salt Dark Chocolate
I don't make it out to World Market often but when I do, I have to pick up one of these bars. What woman doesn't like sweet and salty? Other sea salt chocolate bars haven't matched up to this winner!

Seven Deadly Zins Wine
I love me some wine and this goes perfect with that sweet and salty chocolate. Dad gum it! Lately, I cannot find this at any nearby store.
Guess I'll have to haul my butt to Total Wine.

Tostitos Artisan Recipes Roasted Garlic and Black Bean
If you haven't tried these yet you are missing out! They also come in a chipolte flavor but these are the best. They don't last long in our house!

Soma Intimates Vanishing Edge Hipsters
These are great -- no creeping, no panty lines. They have these plasticky grippers at the edge of the butt to hold them into place. The only thing is that they get worn out from the heat in the dryer. I stopped wearing thongs about 15 years ago (except in certain circumstances such as the gym, etc.) because I just couldn't stand having something wedged in my crack -- but I hate panty lines!
And for those of you wondering -- yes, this is a photo of me. Notice the very flat belly, the shapely thighs and the trim waistline. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Voluspa Luxury Candles: Goji & Tarocco Orange and Santiago Huckleberry
These are two of my favorite candles. Talk about fragrant! And they last forever.
There are so many more scents I want to try
but I can't seem to get away from these two.

Clinique Almost Lipstick Black Honey
Eeeewwww, doesn't this look so dark? But it's not! Look at the color right under the wand. It's about that sheer and looks different, yet flattering, on everyone I've ever seen wearing it. Most of the time, I'm too timid to wear red lipstick and this is the perfect subsitute. As a matter of fact, I'm about out. Time for a new one.

Try these out and shoot me a comment on how you like them! Until next time . . .
