Frugality . . . For me

Today has been a good day. I made it to the Mall of Millenia. It should be named the Mall of Stephania. I love it. I cannot get out of there without buying something, whether it be $5 or $500. Fortunately (for me AND for when the bill arrives in CLH's name) it was more like $50.

I visited Sanrio (my niece's birthday is May 31) and Crate and Barrel for new wine glasses . . . gotta be stocked up. Speaking of Sanrio, how cool is that store?! I love all those Hello Kitty and notepads and pencils and gum and lipgloss. Good thing I don't have a girl because I would have gone crazy. Speaking of going crazy, I went a little in C&B. I NEED cute little knife spreaders and white porcelain condiment holders and tiny glass gravy boats and short, squaty wine glasses.

And most impressive of all . . . I went in Anthropologie and didn't spend one dime! My favorite store of all time and I came out empty-handed. You see, my sister-in-law was with me and I didn't want to be embarrassed about how much damage I can  really do to her brother. O-town must get inventory before Jax. The shirts I have been coveting and the dresses that have me drooling and the home collections that I have been longing for were in full array. No ivory-colored Anthropologie bag with the little red handle was in my possession. Those who know me . . . can you believe it?!
